50 minute counselling session with a campus counsellor

Choosing a clinician can be daunting. Please be reassured that all our Counsellors are generalists - they can help support you in a broad range of mental health topics.
We want this to be effective for you. It is always ok to try a clinician and if it doesn't feel like the right fit, try another one. Once you have found a campus counsellor who you feel works for you, then we ask that you commit to seeing them for consistency and long term effectiveness.

If none of the clinicians at Quest seem to be able to address your concerns, or you are looking for long term ongoing support, we are always happy to refer you to community support.
